Cooking Instructions

Place trout fillet in centre of a large sheet of foil. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Carefully fold in all edges to seal. Cook for 10 minutes on barbecue or in oven.

  • 1 trout fillet
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) dry white wine
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) vegetables (carrots, leeks, celery, etc.), julienned
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) finely sliced fresh mint
  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
