In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat gently. Strain through a sieve to remove cloves. Serve over caramelized apple crêpes.

  • 250 mL (1 cup) 15% cooking cream
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) maple syrup
