Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in mayonnaise and dill. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon cream mixture on top of cucumber slices (or use a piping bag). Sprinkle with fleur de sel.

  • 250 mL (1 cup) 35% whipping cream
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) chopped fresh dillweed
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • Pinch fleur de sel
