Choices of Cream

5% or 6% Light cream or Cream and Milk Blend for Coffee:

A blend of milk and cream. A little richer than whole milk, but lighter than other creams – a perfect balance for everyday use.

10% Half-and-half or Blend Cream:

An equal blend of whole cream and milk. Half-and-Half is perfect to add a light creamy texture to fresh fruit or to enrich a full dark coffee. Try using it in place of milk in recipes where you’d like a touch of added richness.

15% or 18% Table Cream:

A blend of cream and milk that has higher proportion of cream content than Half-and-Half or Blend cream. Table cream really shines when drizzled over desserts and fresh fruit, or in gently heated sauces and soups.

33% – 36% Whipping Cream:

Thick, pourable cream that is the supreme choice for creating mousses, pies, cakes and frostings. It adds the decadent, crowning touch on a winter’s hot chocolate, or after-dinner specialty coffee.
